An exciting opportunity exists to join a well-established premium product business with a strong reputation across both the commercial and residential markets.
This is a relationship-driven sales role responsible for managing and growing an established Melbourne portfolio across builders, contractors, commercial clients, dealers, developers and specification channels. The role combines existing account management with strategic business development and long-term project engagement.
Working across both commercial and residential projects, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and maintaining a consistent market presence across your territory.
This position will suit a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys autonomy, relationship management and working within project-driven environments. It is not a high-volume transactional sales role, nor is it a purely design-focused showroom environment. Success in this role will come from credibility, consistency, follow-through and the ability to build trusted long-term partnerships.
The Role
- Manage and grow an established Victorian portfolio
- Build strong relationships across commercial and residential client groups
- Develop new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
- Work closely with builders, contractors, dealers and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive long-term account growth through proactive territory management and client engagement
- Maintain strong market visibility and identify upcoming project opportunities
About You
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management or project-based sales environments
- Commercially minded with a proactive and relationship-driven approach
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities simultaneously
- Experience within building products, construction, commercial interiors, specification sales or related industries will be highly regarded
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a broader team environment
