WHO WE ARE

We are Search + Gro

We are a boutique Talent Advisory in the Corporate Services space, providing a bespoke, alternative service to traditional recruitment consultancy.

We pride ourselves on our relationship driven, personal and proactive approach to recruiting, often with the ability to match employees with employers, across a range of sectors, where others have failed.

We treat every hiring campaign as a unique project and aim to exhaust the market of best-fit candidates. We proactively work with top talent to identify and secure the most competitive opportunities in the market.

We prioritise the softer considerations of hiring, including culture fit, team fit and attitude as we believe these are key factors when ensuring a successful and long-term hire.

No organisation is too big or small: we work with start-ups, SME’s, enterprise, international organisations, not-for-profit and government.

We do not place people in jobs for a recruitment fee at all costs; we place people in positions where there will be a long-term success story.
