Renee brings substantial executive leadership, Board and business ownership experience to Search + Gro. Having held Managing Director responsibilities across Asia Pacific, she understands the decisions, relationships and organisational priorities that shape a successful business – and the importance of appointing the right people to deliver on them.
Her background spans strategic leadership, operational management, governance and partnership development. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Renee has worked closely with Boards and senior stakeholders, bringing both a broader organisational perspective and a practical understanding of the demands facing leaders and business owners.
