They’re now looking for a driven Key Account Manager to take ownership of a Victorian portfolio and continue building on an already solid foundation.

You’ll step into an established network of reseller and trade partners - but this isn’t a “sit back and maintain” role. It’s about building deeper relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and steadily growing your footprint across the market.
You’ll be out in front of customers, understanding their businesses, supporting their success, and becoming a trusted partner — not just a supplier.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with a diverse customer base
- Grow revenue across an established portfolio of accounts
- Identify and convert new opportunities aligned to a premium offering
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Manage your territory with autonomy and accountability
- An up-and-coming Account Manager or BDM who is hungry to learn and grow
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting a wide range of people
- Someone proactive, organised and comfortable managing their own time
- Commercially minded, with a drive to achieve results
- Experience in building products, interiors, or a related industry is helpful - but not essential
