A great opportunity to join a design-led Australian interiors brand known for creativity, quality and growth. Their Fitzroy showroom is the original and busiest - and now they’re looking for a hands-on Showroom Manager to lead from the front.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative retail environment and enjoys balancing team leadership, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the showroom - leading a small, energetic team, driving sales performance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand. You'll:
- Lead, coach and develop the showroom team
- Drive sales results, especially across peak weekend trade
- Build relationships with homeowners, designers, architects and trade
- Oversee daily operations including stock, reporting and follow-ups
- Keep the showroom fresh, inspiring and aligned to new product releases

- Strong people leader with a commercial mindset
- Confident working with both retail customers and design/trade professionals
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable leading from the floor
