- Reporting to the COO and National Sales Manager, you will drive new business growth and manage accounts across Western Sydney and, more broadly, Western NSW!
- Presenting business reviews, proposals, and renew agreements in line with customer needs and responding to requests for information, proposals, and pricing
- Identify business improvement opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and growth
- Travel as necessary throughout Greater Western Sydney and occasionally Western NSW to develop and maintain strong customer relationships at ground level
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and how they can meet the specific needs of clients in the general hospitality industry.
- Experience in managing relationships with a wide ranging customer base, from restaurant or cafe owners, franchisees or facility managers and Chefs, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Sales / BDM / Account Management experience and a proven track record in sales. This includes experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Experience in developing and executing account plans that align with both the company’s goals and the customers objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to a wide range of stakeholder
- The ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decision
- Effective time management, prioritisation, and multitasking to achieve personal and organisational goals
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a superior customer experience
