We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation who specialise in providing innovative shop-fitting and racking solutions to the retail sector. With an impressive list of customers and a nice mix of warm account management and new business development in a well defined market, you can carve out your territory across SE QLD and make this role your own! Working with some of the largest names in retail, you will account manage - nurturing and building on strong existing relationships, as well as seek out new business opportunities within a well defined market in the retail space. You will have a strong reputation for quality and a global brand behind you, so the opportunities really are endless! 

To be successful in this role you will have sound experience gained within a similar role focused on both existing and new business development, ideally  selling product / industrial based solutions. Experience selling a product or solution into retail is ideal. You will have an inquiring mind and love learning about a product or maybe you have completed a trade qualification earlier in your career and have now made the move into Sales / Business Development.
 
Specifically, you will develop and manage weekly call plans, collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer requirements or issues and act as the key point of contact for customers. The role is varied and interesting with a mix of face to face relationship building, online meetings, meeting with customers to discuss requirements and then working with the design team and preparing detailed quotes! 
 
As this is a WFH opportunity (with the understanding that you will be in front of customers much of the time), you will need to be mature minded, self managed and highly motivated. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will have the ability to think on your feet, make decisions and offer solutions - often working directly with Procurement and Store Managers of some of Australia’s largest retailers.
