About the Role
In this role, you'll take charge of day-to-day accounts and payroll administration, ensuring processes run efficiently and align with business needs. Reporting to the Senior Accounting and Finance Officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, preparing reports, and supporting service delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll, including superannuation and PAYG, for authorisation and payment.
  • Administer corporate credit cards and ensure accurate reconciliations.
  • Work with business systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Office Suite, and online payroll applications.
  • Provide payroll-related support and information to staff and assist with financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll and finance matters.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
  • Solid experience in payroll and accounts management - mainly Accounts Payable
  • Experience gained within a non profit or community focussed organisation would be ideal
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, high attention to detail and a natural desire to seek out better ways to do things, streamline, refine and improve systems and processes
