THE ROLE:
  • Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing Warehousing, Purchasing, Facilities and Customer Service employees.
  • You will be responsible for the business' operational performance with 4 direct reports and more indirect.
  • You will regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for development.
  • You will be regularly in the office to ensure your staff are supported and on track.
  • With your direct manager based in Poland you won't rely on their day-to-day presence.
  • You will have a daily impact on the companies overall performance - you should be experienced across many operational areas.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Previous experience working in Operations within a technical industry - Electrical and/or Cabling is advantageous.
  • The willingness to build relationships with your team across Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehousing and Facilities
  • Able to work from North-West Melbourne, 5 minutes from Melton.
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships with staff, suppliers and customers.
  • You are self-managed... you know what needs to be done!
  • Most importantly you are dynamic, can pivot and think on your feet and enjoy working with like-minded people.
