- Since conception in 2001 has grown to over 30 staff - 5 in the last 6 months within the Sales and Marketing functions.
- It is headquartered in Westmeadows, VIC with staff across Australia and New Zealand. This role has the opportunity to be based in either VIC or NSW.

- Has a strong team of servicing employes with a high performing sales person winning large contracts.
- Has achieved consistent growth of both employees and revenue over the last 5 years with a strong focus on maintaining a positive brand reputation across private and public clients.
- Reporting directly to the CEO this role will see you leading the growth of the Rail division across Australia.
- You will be building relationships with clients regularly in order to win contracts alongside other sales team members.
- You will manage a very well-established national portfolio of leading mining clients, state government and passenger rail companies.
- You will be based onsite in their Westmeadows HQ or in Sydney.
- You will be working across all industry verticals with a focus on Passenger Rail, State Government and Mining clients.
- The CEO is focused on growing the business which will include this team as and when required. You will assist in recruiting, training and onboarding new staff.
- You will be ensuring the Rail department sees consistent growth and retains existing clients.
- You will be dedicated to learning the technology that the business uses and upskilling your mechanical knowledge within the relevant industry verticals.
- You will have prior experience in a sales role - selling capital equipment.
- Rail experience is highly advantageous although not essential.
- Experienced in winning large clients and managing a portfolio upwards of $5 million.
- Ability to work autonomously—this role has limited management, allowing you to run your own show.
- The ability to problem solve and support clients when issues are escalated.
- Strong general business acumen including driving the business growth and maintaining the company's great reputation.
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand is required to meet clients, and semi-regular international travel is required to meet OEMs in Europe and the Americas.
