The Opportunity:

- Install and service premium blinds, shutters, curtains, and other window furnishings in high-end residential and commercial settings.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for warranty and service work.
- Engage with resellers and facility managers to build strong relationships and support business growth.
- Problem-solve on-site and ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Liaise with the Customer Care and Sales Teams to ensure seamless service and project execution.
- Sound experience in window furnishing installation with a genuine pride in your workmanship (or similar trade background).
- Background and trade qualifications (non essential but would be great to have) in carpentry, electrical, shopfitting, or another aligned area.
- Strong technical ability with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills—representing the brand professionally.
- Current Driver’s License and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively.
- Comfortable with basic technology (emails, job tracking, stock ordering).
