As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in fixed airport infrastructure and mobile Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions.

The Role
This newly created position is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our aviation sector. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist with technical sales queries and provide expert advice
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
✔ Conduct customer site visits to understand needs and offer tailored solutions
✔ Prepare proposals and manage new sales inquiries
✔ Focus on increasing sales and expanding market presence
✔ Leverage technical expertise to provide value-driven solutions to customers

What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise – Experience with mobile plant or airport infrastructure, ideally including electric machinery. Mechanical experience in Aviation is hugely advantageous!
Sales & Business Acumen – Strong skills in managing proposals, purchasing, and sales invoicing
Communication Skills – Ability to engage effectively one-on-one, in groups, and directly with customers
Problem-Solving Ability – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
Positive Attitude – A self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset
